Thermally Conductive Adhesives

Dissipate Heat

Conventional methods measure an adhesive's bulk conductivity, in watts/m-°K. However, across a thin bondline, the resistance of the adhesive itself is only a fraction of the total resistance. Interfacial resistance is a significant component of total resistance.

Features of Zymet's thermally conductive adhesives include:

  • High thermal contact conductance coefficient, as high as 9 watt/cm2–ÂșC
  • One component systems eliminate the need to meter and mix two components
  • Fast curing in either inline ovens or conventional ovens
  • Low ionic contamination
  • Available as an Ultra-low Stress Adhesive
